I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend. We will still plan on having class in the cafeteria on Monday October 1, 2012 until I had been directed by administration to move the students back to my classroom. Monday will be a busy day for my class and others on campus. We will be attending a performance by a company named Artist in the schools. This will last from 8:45-10:00 am, we will then take a bathroom break and head to Library from 10:05-10:50, Spanish from 10:50-11:35, Technology 11:40-12:10 (make up class -- extra time to cover the technology curriculum), Recess 12:10-12:40, Lunch 12:40-1:15/20, Math 1:20-2:20, Literacy Workshop whole group reading lesson 2:20-3:00/05, Pack up 3:05-3:10. Due to this busy day my class will not have a chance to eat morning snack. I will allow them to eat a snack during whole groups literacy workshop as long as all students are participating in the lesson. I forewarned the students of this activity on Friday afternoon. Thank you for you continued support, communication, and cooperation! I look forward to an exciting fun filled year.
